Synopsis

A vulnerability in libTIFF could lead to a Denial of Service
condition.


Background

The TIFF library contains encoding and decoding routines for the Tag
Image File Format. It is called by numerous programs, including GNOME and
KDE applications, to interpret TIFF images.
