Triple boot gentoo, YDL and OS X - It works...

yay...
i finally after much faffing around managed to get this working with my swap and /home shared between both ydl and gentoo.

it was actually much much simpler than i thought it would be and has proved to be a very useful thing to do. i'm going to use gentoo as my main os with a stripped down very fast distro that only has the bare essentials that i use most often.

i'm also keeping ydl on there for a 'full' distro which can be used to aid configs and the like as well as the full software packages that the install provides.

if anyone is interested, i'll stick up yet another howto page on how i did this but i don't envisage anyone else having too much trouble.

i don't own an apple computer, but intend on buying one.
so, to set up a dual boot OsX-Gentoo, is it done like installing OsX first and setting up gentoo the very common way?

if you just want to do a simple gentoo/os x dual boot the faq has all the info you need.

it should be very straightforward.
