How to allow rapid charge using USB port on an Android phone

Hi,

My laptop is Dell XPS 15 and all the USB-A ports support SuperSpeed, and my phone is Pixel Marline. On Windows, all the USB ports can provide high voltage charging for my phone. However, on my Gentoo system, the ports can only provide low voltage charge and my phone says it's "charing slowly"...

I have checked my kernel configuration but I could not find an option change set the charging voltage for USB devices.

Does Linux support rapid charging? How can I activate it?
