This serves again as a good point for hiding the OTW subforum from the general public, not to attract a certain misguided special interest group to Gentoo servers more than necessary.

Are you objecting to the source URL, the CSPAN video within of the Attorney General's statements made before congress, or something else?

As for text having tone, I'll reference the concept of good faith or charitable assumption: presume the most favorable interpretation and not the one easiest to attack or criticize.
