Odroid N2 is somewhat more powerful than NanoPi M4, but NanoPi M4 is more suitable as a desktop computer because it has WiFi, bluetooth, and extensions for SATA and M.2.
You can buy both models with 4GB RAM.

If you don't compile on tmpfs, you can compile almost every software with 4GB RAM although compilation will wear SSD or HDD.

Ideally, I want an SBC

• GPU, CPU, and VPU of which are more powerful than those of Odroid N2
  
• that has WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5, and extensions for SATA and M.2
  
• that has 16GB RAM for web browsing and compiling chromium on tmpfs. 8GB RAM is enough for a self-compiling headless gentoo server that compiles on tmpfs.
