After upgrading from 9.0, the video playback is broken with the vdpau video output, with both mpv and vlc.
For HLS, the video is cut at the bottom and then stretched to fill the cut part, works fine with a different video aspect ratio (4:3).
mpv -vo opengl HLS

mpv -vo vdpau -video-aspect 16:9 HLS

mpv -vo vdpau -video-aspect 4:3 HLS

For MP4, works fine with the video aspect ratio, but if I try with a different video aspect (4:3), it adds the bottom part but it doesn't stretch to fill it.
Works fine with opengl and xv video outputs.
Kernel: 4.19/5.0/5.1, Driver: amdgpu

I thought this is related to this bugs, I've waited until 9.1.2, but it doesn't fix my issue.
