I'm currently using Mandrake 9.1 -
A while back I tried to install Gentoo (numerous times without sucess) it was setting up of my my partition tables that I had the problem with.
I dual boot with windoze 98 using Lilo.
Can I just use my partition tables that I set up in Mandrake, and carry on with my install from there.

yes, a friend of mine found it easier to set up his partitions under a graphical environment (partition magic) and then install gentoo on them.
just remember to format them yourself in the gentoo install (mkswap, mke2fs, mkreiserfs, etc). _________________ http://dev.gentoo.org/~dsd |
