Why does genkernel 3.5.3.3 want the package `util-linux` with the USE-flag `static-libs`?
Code: | These are the packages that would be merged, in order:
Calculating dependencies... done!
[ebuild R ] sys-apps/util-linux-2.33.2::gentoo USE="cramfs ncurses nls pam readline (split-usr) static-libs* suid unicode -build -caps -fdformat -kill -python (-selinux) -slang -systemd -test -tty-helpers -udev" PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7 python3_6 -python3_5 (-python3_7)" 0 KiB
[ebuild N ] sys-kernel/genkernel-3.5.3.3::gentoo USE="firmware -cryptsetup (-ibm) (-selinux)" 0 KiB
Total: 2 packages (1 new, 1 reinstall), Size of downloads: 0 KiB
The following USE changes are necessary to proceed:
(see "package.use" in the portage(5) man page for more details)
# required by sys-kernel/genkernel-3.5.3.3::gentoo
# required by genkernel (argument)
>=sys-apps/util-linux-2.33.2 static-libs
Would you like to add these changes to your config files? [Yes/No] |
