I have searched a lot about the DLink G650 H/W B1, but I can't get this card to work.

I've tried the guides for B1 but no succes.
I think this PC card has an atheros chip, so the Madwifi driver should work.

My lspci -v -v -v:
02:00.0 Network controller: Texas Instruments: Unknown device 9066
Subsystem: D-Link System Inc: Unknown device 3b05
Control: I/O- Mem+ BusMaster- SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Stepping- SERR- FastB2B-
Status: Cap+ 66Mhz- UDF- FastB2B- ParErr- DEVSEL=medium >TAbort- <TAbort- <MAbort- >SERR- <PERR-

Flags: PMEClk- DSI- D1+ D2+ AuxCurrent=0mA PME(D0+,D1+,D2+,D3hot+,D3cold-)
Status: D0 PME-Enable- DSel=0 DScale=0 PME-

My lsmod output:

Module Size Used by Tainted: P
ath_hal 100992 0
wlan 46408 0
ds 7156 0 (unused)
serial 46788 0 (unused)

slmdm 1085312 0 [slamrmo]
yenta_socket 10208 1
pcmcia_core 40672 0 [ds yenta_socket]

When I do :

bash-2.05b# modprobe ath_pci
/lib/modules/2.4.20-gentoo-r8/net/ath_pci.o: init_module: No such device
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters.
You may find more information in syslog or the output from dmesg
/lib/modules/2.4.20-gentoo-r8/net/ath_pci.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.20-gentoo-r8/net/ath_pci.o failed
/lib/modules/2.4.20-gentoo-r8/net/ath_pci.o: insmod ath_pci failed

Can anybody help me out here?

Thanks

I have the PCcard working with the Linuxant driverloader. It loads the WinXP drivers.

I can try it for 4 weeks.

I have some some time to search for a better solution.
