I have the following in my logs for a Sandy Bridge system:
Code: | thermald[926]: [WARN]13 CPUID levels; family:model:stepping 0x6:2a:7 (6:42:7)

thermald[926]: I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/etc/thermald/thermal-conf.xml"

thermald[926]: [WARN]sysfs write failed /sys/devices/virtual/powercap/intel-rapl/intel-rapl:0/enabled
thermald[926]: [WARN]sysfs open failed
thermald[926]: I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/etc/thermald/thermal-conf.xml"
thermald[926]: [WARN]error: could not parse file /etc/thermald/thermal-conf.xml

I would be grateful if anyone could help me fix these warnings. (I do not think something really bad is going on.)
- I have no clue about ‘sensor id 5’.
- There is no file "/etc/thermald/thermal-conf.xml" on my system. (I thought I didn't need one and that thermald could work without one.)
- However, /sys/devices/virtual/powercap/intel-rapl/intel-rapl:0/enabled is present (its value is 0).
