kscreen.kded: PowerDevil SuspendSession action not available

I'm lacking the option to show the suspend and hibernate buttons in the shutdown widget on my panel. They are greyed out when I go into the configuration. I can suspend when going to the shutdown screen. (So pressing the shutdown button and then selecting suspend before the 30 second countdown ends.) In my logs I find the following:
