I'm having problems with BIND, it's taking half a second to three seconds to resolve uncached domains... Is it possible to fix this?

Uhm... Sorry... I just found out that it was my internet connection at fault... I'm getting 1 second pings. I'll have to call my ISP. Thanks anyways.
