|
|
This should be a n00b question. But I am curious to get this sorted for quite a long time. I could not find an instruction on the web, if it exists. Please point me the way. Thanks a lot.
I used SystemRescueCd to install Gentoo. I do like the SystemRescueCd command line Tab Completion feature, which is very handy. And I also like the Colour Scheme of the SystemRescueCd command line environment. How to add that Tab Completion feature to my Gentoo? And how to apply that Colour Scheme to my Gentoo?
For the Tab Completion, I guess I have to emerge some packages? Or I can simply copy it from the SystemRescueCd?
For the Colour Scheme, I guess it is just a text file that I can swap around from time to time. _________________ - midnite. |

SRCD (the last Gentoo version of it anyway) uses ZSH, so use that if you want the tab completion. |

Bash can do tab completion, with the right configuration. What types of tab completion are you expecting to work? |
