Intel AX200

Hi Guys,
Long time Gentoo user over a decade and these forums have come to my rescue A LOT! However I've now bit the bullet and finally created an account as I have a lot more to learn and troubleshoot

I've recently started a Gentoo from scratch as I had some hardware changes one of which is my Intel AX200, it currently works however the max Speed rate I have seen is 54mbps and will drop down to 6mbps (I have it coupled with a RT-AX88U) and I also run Windows so I know it does hit the 2.4gb speed rate.

Things I have tried so far:
1- Recheck firmware file and I can see it's being loaded
2- Turned off Power Mgmt
3- Increase TX power to 30 however it's stuck at 22dBm does't go over that even when applying 30dBm.. but it does go lower if I choose to
4- I'm using systemd with NetworkManager and have removed and re-added the profile

So far no changes at all and is be coming frustrating!

Anyone that can shed some light would greatly appreciate it.
