Long time reader, first time writer. I am kinda new at Linux, but I have a lot of friends that are decent with it. No one seems to be able to get my ACPI support or my Linksys WPC54G wireless card to work. I would appreciate any help you guys (or gals) could give. I am running the gentoo-sources r8 kernel, but I will of course change to anything that would make my labtop and wireless work. My labtop is a Gateway 400VTX refurbished. If you need any more information I will be happy to provide it, to the best of my abilities anyway. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
