First why you not have -march=native in your cflags (not related to problem)?
You switched from openrc to systemd?

And take a step back re-enabling openrc, update your system and finally switch to systemd?

You have also switched profile to a no systemd profile?

Try to add --backtrack=30 as option to emerge command.
Code:
!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy ">=sys-apps/systemd-232:0/2[abi_x86_32(-)?,abi_x86_64(-)?,abi_x86_x32(-)?,abi_mips_n32(-)?,abi_mips_n64(-)?,abi_mips_o32(-)?,abi_riscv_lp64d(-)?,abi_riscv_lp64(-)?,abi_s390_32(-)?,abi_s390_64(-)?,static-libs(-)?]" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- sys-apps/systemd-9999::gentoo (masked by: package.mask, missing keyword)
- sys-apps/systemd-245.5::gentoo (masked by: package.mask, ~amd64 keyword)
- sys-apps/systemd-244.3::gentoo (masked by: package.mask)

(dependency required by "virtual/libudev-232-r3::gentoo" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "sys-apps/util-linux-2.35.2::gentoo[udev]" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "sys-fs/udisks-2.8.4::gentoo" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "x11-wm/enlightenment-0.23.1-r1::gentoo[udisks]" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "@selected" [set])
(dependency required by "@world" [argument])
For more information, see the MASKED PACKAGES section in the emerge
man page or refer to the Gentoo Handbook.

I don't understand why there are packages that require systemd if is disabled

Yes, it put -systemd in make.conf

Putting -systemd in make.conf is not enough to switch to a non-systemd profile. You need to use eselect profile.

i have chosen 1 profile without the systemd but now i have an error when i emerge -avuDN --with-bdeps y --keep-going world --backtrack=150, it says the >>> Failed to emerge sys-libs/libcap-ng-0.7.10, Log file:

now the wgetpaste -c command cannot be used in this case.

The log file should be somewhere in /var/log/portage. You can paste it by dropping the "-c" option:
Code:
wgetpaste /var/log/portage/path/to/file.log
