With a name like that, I would guess that it uses a Brooktree 878 video capture chip. Look on the top of the large black chip for something like Bt878.
If so, build the bttv module, btaudio module, Video for Linux in the kernel and xawtv TV.
Poke about in /usr/src/linux/Documnets for lots of details.
When bttv is loaded you will get a device /dev/v4l/video0, which is where the video will appear.
xawtv -c /dev/v4l/video0 will get you a TV window. You need to tune it in.
Sound is another matter.
