Unable to post messages with unicode

Hi,

I recently tried posting my .xinitrc because I'm experiencing some configuration issues. Apologies if this is common knowledge, but I just wanted to flag that the forums don't support unicode. (Also, I am learning that dpaste does not support unicode, too.)

Here is an example that works well in pastebin.com: https://pastebin.com/1nbzd1dA

if you try to post a message with the text in the pastebin surrounded by code-tags you will get an error.
