(failed to parse manifest dev-util/cbindgen-0.14.3)

When i was compilming firefox dev-util/cbindgen-0.14.3 seems to have a problem with its mainfest.
What can i do about this?

The problem was not either of them but a bad version of portage (see kernel forum )
Thanks to everyone who thought with me what the cause could be.
Good version of portage is sys-apps/portage-2.3.103-r1
