Missing Firefox Icon on KDE Fav's

Hi,

As the title states after doing some updates the firefox icon is missing its icon but only on the KDE application launcher fav's tab which is strange.

I'm using www-client/firefox which isn't the problem since it has the icon and everything is fine.
I've tried rebuild the kmenu cache to fix icons.

Just thought if anyone has any other ideas to try out, this could be a KDE or QT bug.
