[Solved] libressl fails compiling

I'm installing a fresh system with libressl enabled. Here is my make.conf file (https://gist.github.com/shoober420/bf03d5ab2e79582d7748d96069e87a32). Do note I dont use those COMMON_FLAG tweaks.

I get an error for libressl after running "emerge --ask --verbose --update --deep --newuse @world". Here is the wgetpaste.
