Hello, fellows.
recent rt-sources-5.9.1-rt-rt20 spams me with:
BUG: using smp_processor_id() in preemptible [00000000] code: usb-storage/486
What can I do to help fix this? |

You should post some more info, however IMHO it's unlikely you'll be able to fix the issue unless you get lucky - most likely you'll have to either wait for it to go away with an update, or use another set of kernel sources.
What CPU and what USB devices are you using?
Does it happen with previous kernel versions?
Does it happen with gentoo-sources?
What's your motivation for using rt-sources over the default gentoo sources - are you using something that relies on realtime? |
