Well, after 8 years my relationship with Slackware has come to an end. It was fun while it lasted, but the constant nagging drove me insane. Nagging you say? Yes, nagging, nagging about having the right libraries, and nagging about have the correct modules loaded into the dishwasher, was too much for me to take. I am sure there are plenty of Slackware relationships out there, that are propering. I must of gotten the red headed step child of the bunch.
What now you ask? Who are you with now? Well, a special distro really, known as Gentoo.
One question:
is the current enlightenment-cvs (*********629.ebuild) currently broken?
Thanks and hello. |
