hack to gnome 2.5.1 battery status applet

Instead of studying for my finals, I decided to take a bit of a quick break (30 minutes or so) and add something that's been pissing me off for a while.....it's in nowhere near good enough shape to submit - that's for when exams are done, but I figured someone might enjoy this.....

Basically, it modifies the battery status applet that comes with the 2.5.1 package to show (in all cases), the tooltip as follows:
Capacity: XX% (High/Low/Charging/etc)
Time: X:XX remaining

It's definitely a lot nicer to see the remaining time, as well as the percentage.....
