How to install OpenBinder, or something similar in gentoo?
I didn't found "binder" in gpo.zugaina.org
What to do to have /dev/binder in kernel?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenBinder wrote: | The kernel-side component of the Linux version of OpenBinder was merged into the Linux kernel mainline in kernel version 3.19, which was released on February 8, 2015. |
CONFIG_ANDROID
CONFIG_ANDROID_BINDER_IPC
(CONFIG_ANDROID_BINDER_IPC=m is enabled in the standard Ubuntu kernel since 19.04)
https://people.kernel.org/brauner/android-binderfs
mount -t binder binder /dev/binderfs
or something like this:
https://github.com/hungys/binder-for-linux
I am asking because I want to write a desktop application, which consists from 2 parts, communicating in work. One part will support individual documents, another part will provide search, metainformation and other common services (tray icon may be?) for all documents at once. I want to place these parts into different processes to improve overall reliability.
And I don't want to implement IPC with UNIX Domain Sockets over Linux abstract namespace. |

Does this contain what you need?
https://gpo.zugaina.org/app-emulation/anbox
If not then the only option is to create your own ebuild.
As for .config would not these work
Code: |
CONFIG_ASHMEM=y
CONFIG_ANDROID=y
CONFIG_ANDROID_BINDER_IPC=y
CONFIG_ANDROID_BINDERFS=y
CONFIG_ANDROID_BINDER_DEVICES="binder,hwbinder,vndbinder"
