lilo warning

When I run 'lilo' I get the following warning...

.....

Questions:
What does this mean?
Is this serious?
How can I fix this?

It's not serious - don't worry about it. I've seen this many times and I suspect it's simply a difference between CHS and LBA addressing on the device.
