On booting the system after clean install as VirtualBox guest, i have no login prompt, and the last line i see on screen:
"Switching to svgadrmfv from simple"

To my surprise - i'm able to ssh into this machine without the problem.

If i change video from VMSVGA to VBoxVGA/VBoxSVGA - login prompt is appear.

Any suggestion? what i am missing?

leonchik1976,

"Switching to svgadrmfv from simple"
is the kernel telling that it has changed the video drire its using for the console.

I suspect that simplefb works but svgadrmfv does not, leaving you with no further text on the console, so more is missing than the login prompt.
You have found one fix.

Its not an error to leave the console driver out of the kernel. Everything else will still work.

leonchik1976,

Missing a kernel option certainly. It may be something that the svgadrmfv driver requires in the kernel so it works.

With svgadrmfv is use, there may be some hints in dmesg.
You can get to that over ssh.
