As part of the forums migration to phpbb3.X series we need a full dump of the production forums database.
To do this we will put the forum in maintenance mode. Logins will not be possible
No database writes will be possible.
The dump is expected to take 3-5h to do, starting at 5pm Saturday UTC - 10pm Saturday UTC.
This dump will be used to complete a migration.
We will schedule the real migration using the test as a guide to how long the real outage window will need to be.
