where GNUnet Gone?

I wanted to test gnu net and in particular GNSS

I found this : https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/User:Ng0/drafts/gnunet
but I couldn't find the net-misc/gnunet package....

is there an ebuild for gnunet?

I wonder as well, is there any "local dns server" that can translate GNSS records to DNS records? my idea is having a /etc/hosts entry that point to localhost "GNSS to DNS translator server" so that even app that aren't GNSS aware can use it...
