I have setup a nice server-side filtering system using Postfix-Courier IMAP-Spamassassin-Procmail softwares.
It seems that my mails are nicely sorted with this, however I have some disturbing things in my mail logs.
I copy one example here:
Code: |
Dec 12 22:58:31 [postfix/qmgr] D50EA58DA: from=<rrsgywocvnb@ourvaluesnow.com>, size=2210, nrcpt=1 (queue active)

Dec 12 22:58:33 [postfix/qmgr] 6363758E0: from=<rrsgywocvnb@ourvaluesnow.com>, size=3157, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
Dec 12 22:58:33 [postfix/local] 6363758E0: to=<lassze@cellbank.mtc.ki.se>, relay=local, delay=0, status=sent ("|IFS=' ' && exec /usr/bin/p

Particularly, I don't understand the end of it :
Code: | Dec 12 22:58:47 [postfix/qmgr] warning: connect to transport spamassassin: No such file or directory
- Last output repeated 4 times - |
Can someone enlighten me, where the problem can be?

Hmmm. I would check the master.cf file to see if a transport method is defined for spamassassin. Additionaly, check if the path/permissions are properly set.
On a side note, I usually initiate spamassassin from the filtering mechanism itself (maildrop/procmail). |
