Although I've haven't even tried once to make use of it yet, USE=miri here has been removed (-miri).
How did it happened?
& why?

I conjecture that you previously installed rust by putting it into package.accept_keywords, and now that rust-1.58.1 has become stable you removed that entry. This means that that stable.mask USE-flags become masked. |
