Hello Gentoo community,
I'm planning to by a server class motherboard with an ASPEED AST2500 family management chip.
I would like to know if I could use the integrated VGA video adapter of AST2500 to run KDE plasma or if I need to buy a additional graphic adapter? |

The ASPEED AST2500 is a whole board management computer. Its based on two ARM4 CPUs.
You might run Plasma on it but I suspect you won't like it.
The AST2500 is intended to be used to manage the server remotely. Its video output is analogue VGA only and connecting a display is intended for diagnostics, not everyday use.
