Hey everyone. I am trying to set up pure-ftpd and it doesnt seem to be working. Ok, this is waht is happening.

I read the readme at http://proftpd.org/README about users, but it just says that the users for the ftp are the users that are made on your box. I also checked google for "500 This security scheme is not implemented", but it just came up with security protocols, not anything pro-ftp related.

Also, for some reason, i have to run Pure-ftpd by using "/usr/sbin/pure-ftpd &", because if i use the init.d, the process doesnt even work, and i have to zap it.
