I've got synapse (for Matrix) server up and running properly supporting encryption and voice and video calls... I've had to pull info from Arch wiki and a lot of other sources - so was going to write a Wiki page. Logged on with this account, I can't find any way of creating a new page for this, and would rather not edit Maffblaster's page, which doesn't seem to be linked from the main Gentoo Wiki - could anyone advise how I create a new page on the Wiki? I've looked at the help sections etc; there's no "red link" to edit or any clear way to create one...... |

Any new article started in the main namespace will immediately be announced on the Gentoo homepage. It is recommended to start new articles only in a user namespace, especially for new users. | https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Help:Starting_a_new_page
I found that from the main wiki page: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Main_Page
The Getting Started section points to this help page: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Help:Contents
Which contains:
Basic editing topics
Starting a new page - how to go about creating a new page for the wiki
(the page I quoted)
I haven't actually created a wiki page, but hopefully that's enough to get started. _________________ Quis separabit? Quo animo? |

Thanks - I had read through those pages, but although I'd opened a new tab while logged in to the forums, I wasn't logged in to the Wiki. Once I'd logged in to the Wiki the link to create a page was shown. So I was just being a bit thick...... |
