How use gentoo live cd gui, as installed system?

is it possible to make the live cd system
used as already installed, and save all the changes made in it?
why do I need it ? - I want an easy installation of the system
without all the fuss, for example, as in archlinux, with their automatic installation through their official scripts
, if there is no such thing, then I want to use live sv as a ready-made system.
how can this be done ?
so that the livecd saves all the changes in it ? ( Live CD GUI, on usb. )

You can't.
You might succeed in creating a persistence partition on which you save some data but the / system will only be ro.
Or you might rsync the livecd to a partition,but really this is NOT the way to proceed

Welcome to Gentoo.

Installing the liveCD image on your HDD means that you miss the point of Gentoo entirely.
Unlike binary distros, Gentoo is a toolkit you use to design and install your own Linux distro.
Its like Linux From Scratch but with a package manager.

Gentoo is the portage package manager and the ::gentoo ebuild repository. That's it.
Everything else is UPSTREAM.

Those two things together know how to build packages and solve dependencies.
They do not know what packages to build and with what options, until you tell them. That's the design part that binary distros do for you.

It is possible to install the liveCD image on your HDD but it takes longer, is more difficult, and will get you an out of date Gentoo install that you don't know how to maintain, so its not recommended.
I did do it once, because I was told it was impossible :)

Start with the Gentoo Handbook
You don't need to use the minimalCD to install. Almost anything works. The boot media is just a toolkit. None of its code goes into your install.
Get a root shell and start installing. You can even pick up where you left off. There is no need to do the install in one go.
If you already have a Linux install, dual booting works too.
