since musl has no 32 bit support does it mean that musl/clang profile is no-multilib by default?

Musl does have 32-bit support. What isn't supported are multilib setups, i.e. mixing 32-bit and 64-bit. It's one or the other. See this.

So yes, all musl profiles, no just the Clang one, are no-multilib.
