I'm filing this under multimedia since it's a video player that potentially causes the corruption.
Running tb v115.5.0 and everything is fine until I play any video with mpv that has hw accel enabled. The tb window after the video closes will be a combination of the video, desktop, whatever else it randomly gets corrupted with. I have tried to disable hw accel in tb in every conceviable way possible but nothing helps.
Newest kde/plasma/nvidia drivers with compositor enabled. I guess as a test I can try re-enabling all hw accel...
Is anyone else having this problem? Firefox with hw accel works fine, no issues. |

execute TB via console and play the video, maybe you get more informational output.

| Finally found the fix, adding "--x11-bypass-compositor=no" to mpv fixed the issue. Though the problem ultimately rests with thunderbird not properly handing the compositor. |
