Steam doesn't remeber settings (start in bigpicture mode)

Got problem with settings in Steam. I'm trying to lunch it in Big Picture mode on openbox start via autostart file, regards everything it always starts in windowed mode. Only clue i have is from steam logs:
(process:1936): GLib-GIO-WARNING **: 19:51:53.129: Can't find module 'dconf' specified in GSETTINGS_BACKEND
dconf is installed but it is not available to steam (if it stores steam settings?)

This is line from autostart file:
nohup steam &> "${HOME}/steam.log" &
I've already tired to lunch it with -bigpicture options but effect is the same. Any clue?
