What should i do to set my Gentoo installation up for gaming

Is there anything else i should do besides installing Wine, Steam and Lutris? How would i go about giving myself controller support (DualShock 4)? Sorry if this is a weird question but i never tried Linux gaming. :oops:

Regarding the DualShock 4, you should read this wiki article: Sony DualShock.

As far as I'm concerned, I only use Steam. The wiki recommends installing it from the Steam overlay, that's what I did and it works just fine.

All i really do is launch games using proton in steam, also for non-steam games.
