dpaste has been acting up... cannot read, so have to guess here.
You need the Radeon KMS support enabled in the kernel.
The rv730 i think uses the r600 driver (versus radeonsi or r300) so VIDEO_CARDS="radeon r600"

That's a HD 4600 series GPU.
From the wiki, Its an R700 family member, which needs VIDEO_CARDS="radeon r600"

Set CONFIG_DRM_RADEON as a module and install linux-firmware.
The kernel driver needs to load firmware. That means it must be built into the kernel if radeon is built in.
