[solved] Cannot post to the forums

I am trying to post a question to the forums (Portage & Programming) with just text and code, but I keep getting a ‘General error: Error in posting’. The preview works fine. What could be the matter?

This is probably Solved! error in posting in Kernel & Hardware section?, Wired behavior of the forum software, Error posting, among others. In short: your title and/or post body is too long. Use a shorter title. In particular, avoid titles with lots of non-alphanumeric characters, as the encoding for these makes them longer than they appear.
