Hello and thank you in advance.
I have one system tnat i'd like to backup, I mean just kernel.
I need to reinstall whole system.
What else I need to backup beside .config file ? Thank you.

You'll need the vmlinuz-... kernel file, and any initrd or initramfs image from /boot or wherever you put them, and most importantly, the matching /lib/modules/<v.r.m> directory tree. You can also keep .config (or config-... from /boot - no leading dot, if you install with installkernel.sh and make install) and matching SystemMap files. (SystemMap is used to annotate the backtrace if your kernel Oopses.)

You might want to keep /usr/src/linux... matching the kernel if you are part-way through setting things up and want to continue tweaking your configuration, but of course you can reinstall it later.

If you are using GRUB or similar, you will want /boot/grub, unless your reinstall process will recreate it. If it's an EFI system, you probably want to hang onto the EFI partition, unless your reinstallation process will reliably recreate it.
