Transparent windows in GNOME

Hello,

Sometimes, active windows in my GNOME session suddenly become transparent and, in most cases, unresponsive. This happens to terminals, browsers and text redactors in the moment when I working with it and the only way is to close or kill them without saving work results.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Does there exist a way to make a window opaque again without closing it?
