Added some ranks you achieve based on number of posts, you will see them listed under everyone's name in the left column. What do you guys think?

Well, based on the number of posts, I should have a higher score... hehehe... :P

Based on their quality, though... hmmm... dunno... :)

It's a nice thing, anyways...

You are a special rank anyway. lol ;)

Also note the "View the last 24 hours" link in the upper left hand corner.

There are special ranks (ie Administrator, Moderator) that need to be set manually by me, and there are regular ranks that are based upon total posts.

Yeah well, I might have to raise the minimum post levels so people don't hit the top too soon...

well... i think these "levels" do help in the participation. It can outrageously high though (PeterB on ArsTechnica with 21000 posts!)

nitro, maybe you could post the post numbers required to be promoted

What would be funny, is to have some kind of script to review a users posts
when they "leveled" for content. That way, they could have pointless ones not
count, esp. ones in /dev/null, off the wall, etc. :D

Also, a doc (under FAQ?) listing # of posts : title (haven't found one yet if it exists).

maybe you could have people running on 2 tracks, one excelled faster because the quality of post were greater. You could just jump them between tracks as moderators saw fit.

Granted, this software probably doesn't have that kind of feature.

... oh well.
