Hello,
I am using an Asus laptop with two thundebolt ports with the latest dist kernel.
There was a time when I could use external DAC that came with the laptop to play audio through it, but right now I do not see it.
Usually I would just change the output with pulsemixer, but the audio sink is not there.
I am using PipeWire as a PulseAudio replacement.
I can see that whenI plug the DAC in I can see that these modules are loaded:
- snd_usb_audio
- snd_usbmidi_lib
- snd_ump
- snd_rawmidi
- uas
- usb_storage
Does anyone know what might be the deal with this?
I can see the DAC with aplay:
Code: | $ aplay --list-devices
**** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****
