I've been trying to get ROCm working for awhile now in order to mess around with MIOpen, but no luck. rocminfo says something about ROCk module not being installed or something (it most certainly is), etc.
I'm seeing weird looking AMDGPU target that shouldn't exist in the output of rocm_agent_enumerator (gfx000?), and a whole bunch of other stuff. rocm-smi won't build, nor will rocPRIM, the latter complaining
about a non-functional `hipcc`... the list goes on and on. I'd really appreciate help getting to the bottom of this.
