Dual Monitors w/ XPlane 11

Greetings

I am working on a sim "cockpit" for XPlane 11, but I have been struggling with an issue. I have a NVidia GT 730 (I know, not a great card...but it works, kinda) with 470 drivers. I am not sure if this makes a difference, but I am using AwesomeWM as my desktop, which happily uses both monitors. However when I launch XPlane, it only sees one monitor...even if refresh rate is crappy, it should still at least see both displays. I have seen videos where XPlane shows multiple displays, but the cards are least a 2080 or even a 3080...but I am not sure I buy the fact that the card is the issue. I do plan on getting a newer card, likely a 2080 as I am not looking for ultra realistic graphics, but I would like a decent experience. But, I definitely want to use at least 2 displays.

Has anyone else run into this kind of issue and if so, what did you do to resolve the issue?
