Ich schätze, es ist schlicht dem Umstand geschuldet, dass weder nodejs noch firefox ESR Python 3.12 unterstützen, und insbesondere Firefox das bis auf Weiteres nicht tun wird: https://bugs.gentoo.org/929877.
Es ist also warten angesagt.

net-libs/nodejs hat schon python:3.12 support in neueren Versionen (ab 20.12.2) - müsste nur noch stabilisiert werden, siehe https://bugs.gentoo.org/929709
Bei firefox:esr wird man wohl ein wenig warten müssen, ja. |
