VLC not playing anymore vidéo made with current mp4 containe

I have a little problem with VLC, I cannot use it anymore with video I produce.
It's broken since last update I made, I did not have the problem 1 month ago.
Basically, it play the sound of the video but whatever I make video in H264 or HECV, it does not play the mp4 video anymore. If I try to load a video I made 2 weeks ago before I updated my system, VLC play them fine.

In the VLC console, it says:
main error: buffer deadlock prevented

So it seam to require an update, this 3.0.20 no longer works with current video made with mp4 container. I had to switch to mkv container to make it work.

Tested also on Arch linux and same problem, VLC is same version and cannot play anymore mp4 video made now.
