Display gets no signal after powering it back on

Hi, anyone experiencing the same issue? For some time now (2-3 years I guess...) whenever my display turns off (either automatically after 60 minutes or manually by me), after turning back on it says "no signal" and goes back to stand-by mode. Pressing keys, moving mouse etc. does not help. I have to manually switch between VTs (ctrl+alt+f1, then ctrl+alt+f7 or alt+f2) to make it get signal. I guess the problem is not X server related (I use KDE) -- the same thing happens directly under tty1. Any ideas?

linux 5.15.160
xorg-server 21.1.13-r1
nvidia-drivers 550.90.07
